Taking care of your crystal jewelry investment
The reason why we choose Swarovski is because they are top of the line. There is nothing in the market that will catch your eye and sparkle quite like a Swarovski crystal.
To care for your Swarovski crystal jewelry:
Put your Swarovski Jewelry on after applying perfume, hand cream or hair spray.
Never wear your jewelry in the bath, in bed, doing dishes or when exercising. This can cause unreasonable stress and wear and tear.
Store your jewelry in the soft pouch or box provided by Purple Chilli Designer Jewellery to prevent scratching.
Necklaces will retain their shine and glitter best if they are hung up when not being worn.
Do not store your Swarovski® Jewelry in areas of excessive heat or sun exposure.
If you see your Swarovski Crystal Jewellery is looking a bit dull, you can clean them with Baby Wipes.You will be amazed at how easy it is to restore the shine in your crystals by simply holding a wipe between your thumb and a few fingers and rolling the crystals back and fourth once or twice and move along, continuing the process until you have cleaned all of them. Once you have finished, dry them off with a clean cotton cloth or a tissue.
Another simple way to maintain the brilliance of your Swarovski crystals is to make a solution that contains water, rubbing alcohol, and dish soap, it is a very easy and non-abrasive way to get all the hairspray, facial oils and other things off of the surface of your Swarovski crystal jewelry and restore that incredible sparkle. In a plastic container that has a sealing lid, add 3/4 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of rubbing alcohol, and 1/2 tablespoon of dish soap. Close the lid and shake thoroughly to mix the ingredients. Then place your jewelry in the solution and replace the lid. You will only need to leave it in there for one or two minutes, I would not recommend longer than that unless it is absolutely necessary. While your crystals are soaking, GENTLY swirl the container for 30 seconds and then let it sit for the remaining minute. Then remove your crystal jewelry and run it under warm water to remove the soap and dry it in a clean cotton cloth. It will look like you just bought it!
Don't use any abrasive or corrosive detergents and glass or window-cleaning fluids because they can cause streaking.
For handling the crystals, it's advisable to use hand gloves to avoid finger printing.
To ensure the lasting beauty of your Swarovski® Jewelry, do not use sonic cleaners, boiling water or commercial jewelry cleaners. Jewelry cleaners usually contain ammonia or alcohol which can have a damaging effect on the plating. Swarovski® recommends that you occasionally polish each piece with a soft lint-free cloth. If your jewelry is very dirty, wash your jewelry using warm water, a mild dish detergent and a soft bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water prior to drying with a soft lint-free cloth
For Swarovski Crystal Pearls:
Please note: Do not wash the Swarovski® simulated pearls. These should be buffed with a soft dry cloth
Store your pearl jewellery in its gift box or a soft pouch, separate from other jewelry to avoid scratches.
An occasional buffing with a soft cloth will help maintain its original lustrous finish.
Use your jewelry after using perfume or hair spray.
Don't forget to remove all jewelry before taking a bath in a swimming pool

Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately to let me know and to get authorization for the return. Return in original condition postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be made for items returned postmarked more than 7 days after you receive the item if you haven’t contacted me.
I guarantee my jewelry. If your jewelry breaks in the course of normal wear, I will repair it at no extra cost to you. However, should a pendant break or chip, the replacement cost will be for your own account.
Custom personal orders might take longer due to the interaction between us to get the perfect design and colored crystals. Please let me know if you are in a rush and I’ll do my best to get it to you when you need it.
All personal orders are nonrefundable but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return them for anything else in stock.
